Shipping Guidelines:
As Drion NZ is the exclusive New Zealand importer and distributor, we accept orders and sample requests for shipment within New Zealand only.
Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Business Days are defined as Monday through Friday.
The cut-off for next day delivery is 2.00pm. Those orders received after that time will be processed and dispatched the next business day.
We use Courier Post to ship our goods around NZ. Our usual delivery times are:
North Island: next day following receipt of order
South Island: 2-3 days following receipt of order
RD Deliveries: 2-3 days following receipt of order
Please let us know if your order has not been received within 2-3 working days and we will track it and let you know when delivery will be. Contact Anthea at info@drion.nz if you experience any delivery issues.
Any free or discounted shipping offers are subject to change.
Returns:
Drion NZ will replace any faulty or damaged products at our cost, if the problem has been brought to our attention within 7 days of receipt of the product.
Otherwise Drion NZ will not accept or pay for any product returns.
